Activation Time on an H1B Visa
No Title I heard from my lawyer that your L-1 becomes invalid once you get H-1 approval. If you don\'t join the H-1 company, you will go out of status. It seems it is illegal to work for L-1 company even after getting H-1 approval. I am looking for a second opinion on this- murthyvl
