I would like to seek some assistance on information for the Citizenship application.
I received my Green Card in early 2001. Left the country for employment in late 2001 and returned to the US in March 2010. I have been travelling to the US every year and had permission to stay outside (valid Re-Entry Permits for all these years).
When is the earliest I can apply for Citizenship?
