Many thanks for all the advice. I can get a copy through her birth-state website for $31 so I think I'll do that (even though I doubt they'll even ask for it or look at it). I've waited 14-months for an interview (DC DO, of course) -- I'm not going to stuff it up for the sake of another $31! :)
