Need urgent Help pls : H1 & I94
Hello, I am currently on L1 for employer A. Employer B filed my H1B on April/01/2007. Had to travel to India due to family emergency on April/14 and came back on May/14. H1B approval and change of status got approved on May/10 with the old I-94. Question :- Does this COS and H1 take...- mrtm
