H1B expedited service - is it legal for employer to ask me to pay?
Hi My US employer is going to deduct the cost of processing an expedited extension ($1000) from my pay. Is it legal for them to do this? My understanding was that they must pay the complete fees. State is PA, if that matters. -SoftwareGuy- MrSoftwareDevel
