I've looked everywhere! I have a feeling the wife threw it out, and it was garbage day today so I can't even look through the trash!! urghh!! What happens if I show up without the appointment form?

Hi - the dumbest of things happened. Appointment form (I-797C) for my 2nd biometrics (to remove condition on GC) was on kitchen counter now it's gone. We've searched everywhere and it's not here. Appointment is for 10am tomorrow. What do I do??? TIA.
