    I-140 denied and sent to Administrative office for appeal

    Hello there, My I-140 denied and then my attorney filed an appeal which was send to Administrative office. Can anyone tell, usually how much time it takes to get reply from Administrative office. Is majority of appeals are approved or denied. Please reply. thnx
