Is my L1B valid??? its work-permit expired but stamping date is still valid
L1-B visa expires Feb, 2014 and I-94 expires on Feb 2015 Hi, My L1-B visa expires on Feb 2014 and my I-94 is valid until Feb 2015. Can I stay and work in US beyond Feb 2014? Will the stay in US beyond L1B visa and on I-94 be considered as overstay? Will it ever affect by Labor...- monikapanchal27
