    L1 to H1 Urgent Please help!!!!

    Hi, I am currently on L1B, a company is ready to file H1 for me. I just want to know effective 1st october will my L1 become invalid? If I want to continue in my current job (L1) after october will my H1 become invalid ? Please help me out. I need your advice urgently. Thanks Mohit
