H4 to H1 and back to H4
I came to USA on H4 in 2003, applied for my H1 in 2004 and got apporval, however i have not yet started my job nor did i got H1 stamped on my passport. Now i am planning to visit India for a month,When i return back what will happen at port of entry as i dont have my h1 stamped on my passport...- mnr_tx
