I had applied for 2 month extension on visitor visa on 3/21/2010 as my son wants to come over for his summer vacations.Have recd the receipt of the application from USCIS but have haven't recd any reply yet.The website says it is under initial review.My I-94 is expiring on 5/05/2010.Have been to U.S twice earlier accompanied by my son but haven't stayed for more than 2 months.So my questions are:-
1) If I wait for the reply for another month and call my son ,what will be my status after I-94 expiration
2) Can it also affect my 10 year multiple entry visa
