    I don't know but my Lawyer said there is a risk of getting RFE for not working for the sponsor after EAD approval questioning to prove the intent of working for the sponsor. He keep on suggested to work for the sponsor but I did not.

    Future employment 485 Approved !!!!!

    We received RFE for medicals sometime in August'04 as we unable to take all vaccines, bcoz my wife pregnant when we filed the 485. My wife's I-485 still pending with LUD dt 11/11 saying "we received FP1 ...process resumed".

    I still have to take InfoPASS. Normally for how many years they issue GC. Did they verify whether I worked for the sponsor or atleast used AC21 before doing renewal etc. as a follow-up or nothing. Please advise. Thanks

    I did FP1 ON 10/30 and my LUD changed on 11/04, 11/11 11/17 before approved on 12/03 Thanks.
