Thanks Jharkhandi ! I receive so many emails these days offering pre approved LCA for few thousand dollars. Don't know how reliable they are. My comapny is pretty good but it is in NJ state and that sucks.

Thanks for the update. Since I am under EB3 / RIR. BS (Engineering) + 2 1/2 Years experience will suffice? Can I file for another LCA (based on new job req) to come under EB2? What are my options? Can you please advise? Thanks so much!
