as long as you follow the paper-based instructions on where to file your documents, including your e-file receipt no., then you are safe. also, you should be alarmed if the service center suggested by the e-file is different from the paper-based.

single or married? FYI, e-file discriminates those who are not married. There is a field that asks for the names and birthdays of your family members. If you can't provide this info, you won't be able to get to the next section even if you write N/A.

thanks a lot nightsman! i think it does make sense. but is it always true then that if your employer is applying for EB-2 on your behalf, you would go for labor certification rather than NIW? sorry for my ignorance:(

what's MTR? i decided to e-file my I-140 under EB-2 NIW. since i'm out of budget and besides my H-1 just started last oct., i don't really have to do the concurrent filing. what do you think?
