Thanks for a quick answer ksam. So I can go ahead with divorce proceedings and not feel guilty that I may put his residency at risk. And yes, I did have a lazy husband & am thankful to be rid of him & moving on. :) I just hope he doesn't try to cause me any problems with moving on with our children.
