Hi, My I-140 is approved based on AOS. Now i am having a dilemma to do CP in Chennai. My lawyer told me that we can apply I-824 and after getting the receipt notice she can forward P3 docs with her letter. Is it possible to do CP, without getting I-824 approved ?. Need your advice please ASAP.
