Hi, I am going to marry my boyfriend who is a US citizen and who coming from New york to marry me but my question is how long the immigration process will take and what are the questions will be asked in the Visa interview. My boyfriend is a divorcee too. Does he need any certificate when he will come down to India to marry me??
