Nope,no visa waiver for me... :p Still,I think that I need to have some money in my account if I want to stay as a tourist ,'cos I have to prove that I can support myself for few weeks, and I'm not going to work illegally or steal to survive :)- Micu

Thank you, jk0274,but.. :) I know that I can change my status,what I don't know is what papers I need (I know that I have to fill out the I-539,I have to send copies after my passport,visa, the I-94,DS-2019.. BUT,again ;) do I need somebody to fill out for me an Affidavit of support?? Or...- Micu

Hi ! I want to change my status (J1) to B2(tourist) (I am not subject of 2yrs HRR). My problem is that I don't really know what papers I need.. Do I need somebody to fill out for me an Affidavit of support?? Or can I support myself ? I hope that somebody knows some answers...- Micu
