I am a ,LPR,currently obliged to work overseas , come back to my family within six months .
I am consistently refer to secondary screening by CBP officer at port of entry. I full fill all obligation as a LPR (submission of income tax, maintain a family /house/car/bank account /driving license) in USA .
Recently at DFW , CBP officer threatened to take away my green card , insisted I must leave overseas job come back to USA to keep my LPR status & allowed to enter with a comment in my passport(may be also in CBP computer system) QUOTE advised to maintain residence in USA otherwise referral to IJ is recommended UNQUOTE
Do you think next time (within 4-5 months) I try to reenter through other airport(except DFW) I will have problems with CBP on admissibility and be refereed to I J ?
I am obliged to continue my job for another year ,professional real life advice on the issue, specially to ensure safe entry & maintain LPR will be highly appreciated
