Hi all, My company just filed a rebuttal on my behalf in response to a NOF that we got from the CA-DOL. I work for a large company which has had a couple of big-layoffs in the recent past. I was just wondering if any of you have had success with rebuttals to NOFs from the DOL. Thanks mg
