BigJoe5 thank you and everybody else she was asked regular questions during n-400 interview the lady who was interviewing her was same rude one i had 5 years ago she was real scared she wasn't asked about any ticket or anything all she asked about did u ever got pulled over and got speeding...

The officer gave her the ticket learned from me that she can have problem in her interview. he thought it would help if she gets court date after interview so he changed it somehow and called me later after it was done so now i realy don't know what is the result would be

Thanks bigjoe5, do you think the probation could prevent her naturalization and paying the fine and let the ticket be on her record for next 2 years will not prevent her naturalization because i have to make up my mind about what to do?
