Employer Asking contract -After GC
Hi , I got my GC approved recently and now the employer is asking to sign a contract for 3 years.I never worked for this employer before. As i dont want to sign the contract, i am thinking of finding another job. Will this be considered as a fraud if i dont join the GC sponsor ? Is...- MeRitu
