Clarifying my query i know i cant work on h4 and would need a h1b what i want to know is the restriction on a non-profit h1b (is it the same for a normal h1b) what i mean here is that can a non-profit h1b be given for a non-technical field like HR, adminstration etc ?

On H1B if a person is unemployed for 15 days(in between 2 jobs) after that, he joins the new job and subsequently goes outside the country does that person have to get his H1B restamped ?

Can i work for any non profit organisation or is there a restriction (educational & medical,etc )? Do i have to work in a technical field for sucha non profit or can it be something non technical like HR, Adminsitration ? currently on h4
