One thing has been establised though....govt or courts here are no different than that in the thrid world. Atleast there you can bribe the Judge and get the case moving.

Was mandatory at the LA office. I went in w/o an appointment because their website would come back with a massage saying no appointments available. However, they didnt buy that. I used one of their machines to get an appointment and went back on the appointment day.
