Hi Started ad from May 2005 and ended it on July 2005. Paid first installment of fee for LC. The lawyer is not company lawyer. Is it possible whether i can change the lawyer after LC approved?

Hi I gave all the ads and needed docs to my lawyer around first week of August 2005 to file my LC thro PERM. He hasnt filed my PERM yet. Its been 2 months already. Is this the way it usually works or he is just delaying? Can I change my lawyer after LC? is that possible? Thanks :confused:
