My parents have 10 yr multiple entry visitor visas. They are planning to come here next month (they have been here before), & will return to India in November, assuming that the officer at POE will garnt at least 4 mo duration of stay. Can they come back again next June (after a 6 month interval) ?

Don't worry, my (& also my wife's) LUD changed almost 7 weeks after stamping, I was getting concerned after reading so many messages posted here about LUD change immediately after stamping. By the way, we received our stamps in San Francisco.

The first time when my LUD changed (Jan 14), the message said- application approved & card ordered. The second time when the LUD changed (Jan 20), the message said- card order completed & card mailed. Exactly same messages for my wife.

My wife & I got our passports stamped in San Francisco on Nov 23, 04. My green card arrived in mail on Jan 22, 05, & my wife's on Jan 26, 05. My LUD & message changed on Jan 14 & 20. My wife's LUD & message changed on Jan 20 & 25. There was no LUD change for either cases between Nov 23 & Jan 14/20.

My LUD & also the case status changed on Jan 14, 05 (just minutes after I posted my original message), now it says that new card has been ordered. Still no change to my wife's LUD. Both of us got our passports stamped at the same time in San Francisco. It looks like LUD doesn't necessarily...

My wife & I got our passports stamped on Nov 23, o4 in San Francisco (I-485s were approved on Nov 2, 04). Still no change in LUD or message, what does it mean ?

CSC/EB2/I-140/I-485(myself & my wife) - concurrent filing, ND 10/17/03 I-140 RFE issued 09/23/04 RFE response sent 10/22/04 I-140 & both I-485s approved 11/2/04

I received RFE (ability to pay, & clarification of work experience) on my EB-2 I-140 on Sept 23, my lawyer sent the response on Oct 22, & I-140 was approved on Nov 2. Concurrently filed I-485s (myself & my wife) were also approved on the same day.

My I-140 & I-485 were concurrently filed with California Service Center under EB2 category in Oct 2003, fingerprints were taken in Apr 2004. Any idea whether the new pilot program will be applied to such previously filed cases.
