H1 transfer before effective date while on OPT
Please help: H1 transfer I am on OPT till July '06 and my current employer has given my H1 start date as April '06 but I want to transfer H1 before April. I am not sure if I can do so and if there are any risks with it. I will appreciate any info on my situation- md409
