    I am still crossing my hands, waiting... Whats your story... I hear they are rejecting L1 extensions like anything currently.. funny cause they are still accepting H1s while rejecting already employed L1s.. new strategy to increase employment-- make some people unemployed :) and send them home!!

    Gyanendar, the only difference in my case is that my I94 is also expired... so I am more worried on how much legal stay period you get to settle things for packup in US?? So your response would help me to align myself better to sudden happenings...
