NIW get RFE after 15 months

Hi, Friends, I got my first RFE after I've applied NIW for 15 months! Anyone know the possibility of success for NIW cases with a RFE? It's VSC. I haven't got the letter yet, so I don't know the question. Thanks to all of you who gave me suggestions.
