Thanks for the info, I do have that stamp in my passport, again I requested replacement of the I-94 with no luck I was thinking in submitting the document INS send me telling me that they couldn't find my I-94

Also I also found that you can request to wave the fee, and your congressman office can supply you with the form need it for that :o

That is such great news, I'm here stuck waiting to get the I-94 just to send the papers, thanks for the help, I'm getting my stuff together so i can send the papers in the oncoming weeks, too bad I didn't know this before because I send the application with the $340 I could have save that...

:confused: I entered back in 1992 and about 7 years ago I got married and have two children; until NOW I'm applying for my GC I paid for help for the first papers I received the approval noticed to change my status so I started the process... by myself... My question is I lost my I-94 back...
