my lud also never changed...then i asked my lawyer to expedite after 60 days. you can expedite after 60 days if they didn't process your file. pl let me know if you need any more information. will be happy to help you

your status should be ok...because you are on adjustment of status....not on EAD...but its better not to take salary during that time.....call congress man to expedite....

My EAD got aproved on 9/12/07 by intervention of local congress man....its been 100 days since i applied and my old ead got expired 5 days ago....its very relieving to see it approved soon....congress can expedite the process

thanks a lot kulbikr for your time....so its look like INS has not interest/no way to find if you work on expired EAD....its only a employer concern!!!
