I'm an RN who received my TN at a Washington state border crossing in April. I'm now in NY and need to have an additional TN for another employer. Can I go to a border crossing in NY? Thanks

I'm from BC and in New york on my first TN. I crossed at the 176th crossing in April on the advice of my immigration lawyer. I avoid Sumas at all costs, that's apparently where they place the trainees
