Eat right. A balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help keep skin glowing and radiant. Though research has yet to show link between eating junk food and developing skin problems, what you eat does affect the health of your body and your skin.
Although I can assure you that I'm very interested in how I look, I also know that skin care is much more than just vanity. After all, your skin is your body's largest organ. It's responsible not only for protecting you from the elements and infection, but it also helps your body eliminate waste products.
