    Thanks for the reply, My concern was that incase I-485 gets denied, then with the valid extended I-20 I might have the status, if not I would be out of status. We don't know when the priority date will become available for I-485 to be reviewed. Thanks once again? Any other friends have...

    After filing I-485 can we aplly for I-20 extension? If the DSO extended I-20 without knowing that the student had filed AOS, will the student be counted as engaged in fraud in later on? or what might be the negative impact of applying for I-20 extension or getting the I-20 extension approved...
