Applied for H1b , H4 7th year extention Jan11th Visa expiring March 7th. You can legal to stay ifor 280 days after ur visa expires if you filled your extention during legal period 90 days before expiry.

they are are mid 2004 , we have yet to see 2004 to be finished and go till mid of 2005 before they will notice that there are some files left from 2001,2002,, 2003 so my feeling is that somewhere around nov 2007 we should see our approvals

Thanks a Lot for sharing the link. I did notice that the tracker has few hundred cases however there are few thousand cases with PBEC and not sure how many are pending and how many have been approved....so even though the tracker does give some insight but it does not reflect the true...

Please add me I think we should write to Senator i dont think there are many left from 2001, 2002, 2003 its just a matter of having PBEC pressurise to dig through the files and approve the pending ones

To Everyone from PD 2001/2002/2003 although PBEC is currently processing 2004 i have seen some case approved from 2003 and i havent seen any case approved from 2001,2002 recently that means they are just leaving cases behind and God know when they will touch them ANYONE HAS A LINK TO...

You are right man, i think you can add Feb 05 as well in the list of response months for 45 letter. my case numer 0430#-##### still in process i think they have misplaced or kept aside a big chunk of files belonging to 2002 around those dates lets hope

hey cehckout the latest visa bulletin the 484 priority date has moved to may htat means it has crossed the april hurdle after 4-5 months not sure if i am right but there a number cases filed sometime in arpril for change of status and i speculate there will not be many cases after may...

my PD is Oct 7th 2002 no: 04307-32 u know which category you applied in....i mean job category, i suspect if they are skipping certain categories
