I came upon your question in one of the forums and my sister is in a similar situation. Have you found out anything about your eligibility under CSPA? How old were you when your grandmother applied? were you on the original application/I-130? Has it been approved?

I am applicant's son. My Grandmother is US citizen and she has applied for immigrant visa for my father.
Case number BMB2005856006.
We have also made the online transaction for I 130.
I need to know my eligibilty under CSPA.
