My current situation
- Was Employed on H1 (valid 05/11), EAD/AP valid 10/09, PD=06/06, I485- EB2 filed 07/07
- Laid off in 12/08, left for India on emergency, re-entered on AP.
Questions
- Was re-entering on AP the right decision?
- How long can I be in country legally?
- How does my EAD gets transferred with new employer prior to OR after expiration of EAD, please comment on paper work & approval by USCIS if any.
- Can I re-use H1, if so, is there any point?
- Chances of a RFE ( a ballpark %) during adjudication (what if it happenes before I land a job)
- Your take on how far PD is going to move up this year?
