    does an EAD for L2 will be affected if L1 change to H1?

    Hi, My husband's EAD under L2 is valid until Aug/07, I intend to change my L1 to H1 with new employer before that. Does his EAD change inmediately? or can he still work until his EAD expires independently of my new visa? Thanks
