    No Luck!! Went again with all the paperwork and explained that I-485 applicants have an indefinite stay. DMV person said NO and kicked me out of the office (Deptford, NJ). Anybody got ideas? My e-mail: mahesha100@hotmail.com

    I have an AOS application pending at Vermont and I recently moved to New Jersey from another state. THe DMV denied my app. because they were not sure of my immigration status and would not accept SS card and EAD (as stated in their manual it is an acceptable combination of ID). What can I do...
