Working as contractor in US
hi, iam canadian citizen and have a company in US willing to hire me as contractor. However, iam not sure if i can get TN1 as 'contractor'.. From what i read on internet, only if the US company hires me as 'employee', then i can get TN1 visa. is this correct?
