My L1B visa is getting expired in Jan 06 I will be completing 5 years continous stay in US by that time. My question is Question 1 I heard that l1B max period is 5 years. My I94 expires in Oct 06. Is it legal to stay till Oct 06 even though I complete 5 years by jan 06? Do I need to leave...
