Hello all, I got my PR on 03/13/2008 so I am up for submitting my N-400 on 12/13/2013 (that is 90 days, as timeanddate.com gives). I plan to travel outside the US a day before, on 12/12/2013, and submit my N-400 that same day 12/12/2013 and arrange for it to reach them after 12/13/2013...
