We just had a TN employee resign last week and they are working for a different company without the proper credential. Meaning, we're pretty sure that the new company did not sponsor them for a new TN, and they are still working under our TN as it does not expert for another few months. Who... -

TN Employee quit - do we have to notify immigration?
Hello, We recently had one of our TN sponsored employees resign from the company. Are we (employer) supposed to notify anyone or immigration? Or continue with business as usual? Thanks, Luke
