If a I-485 applicant moves to a state that does not belong to the jurisdiction of his original service center, would his case be transfered and delayed? Your answer is appreciated. Luis
I heard some people saying INS process according the ND. I talked to a senator\'s office and was told it goes by RD. I am confused. It is important to me because like every one who submitted the AOS to TSC during May 2001, the difference from RD/ND is 3 months! Any opinion?
