Thank you, prepelix, for your answer. Anyway, it seems that last year, they required 300x300 pixels, this year - 600x600. My photo looks really good if I make it in 300x300, can I make it somehow good in 600x600 too? Why was 300x300 pixels requirement changed if they can resize it themselves?

In this case the dots are almost gone, but then the whole picture looks blury. So I either get a blury picture or a sharp one with lots of noisy dots :(
