Hi, Pls help. Wife has her EAD expired in 10/13/03 and didn't renew it. However, she does hold her H1B and is valid til 05'. She's been working for the same co. for the GC process and never jump ship. Can she still work w/ her H1B? Does she now need a new EAD? or can you renew the one...
