I found out my name check was done through an email. And there was an update online in my file, with no text change. Then CSC send me a quick additional email saying my case is been transferred to local office, and then my text changed also to reflect that. I didn't get my finger print...

China, EB2. PD was current. My fingerprint had expired, so 3 weeks before the interview, there was a FP appointment also. I think the officer checked the visa number during the interview.

No they didn't withdraw 140. Even if they wanted to, my 140 was already approved for over a year, and I left within a month of my interview.
