My H1 B expired on 05/2008 after 6years limit. Since then i am on EAD. Is it possible to go back to H1B status. Should i apply for a renewal, since my I40 is approved. Main reason is, i am getting married in Dec, if i go back to H1, can i apply H4 or is there any other ways? Your thoughts...
