Friend of mime had a trip to Canada recently. When came back to US border, the INS inspector wrote following on her passport. CWCD INA 221(b)(3) Does anyone have the same experiences or happen to know what's the 221(b)(3)? Very appreciate the help. Thanks, Lisa
