Hi, I am on H1 visa and which is valid till Jan 2011. I will be completing 6 years by Jan 2011. I heard that if I say out side of the country for 1 year, I can stay for 6 more years on the same visa. Basically my question is that if we stay out side of country for one year does the 6 years limit...
